Veneto Cooking Class!

Saturday, July 29th at 11:30am

Spend a Saturday afternoon learning to cook authentic Italian food with Chef Giuseppe DiMola! This class will highlight three dishes inspired by the Italian region of Veneto, including:

Insalata di Pomidoro – Heirloom tomato salad with spring onions, cucumber, basil and extra-vigin olive oil.

Risotto Nero alla Pescatora – Carnaroli rice with nero di sepia, prawns, scallops, mussels, clams, Trebbiano wine, brandy and Grana Padano.

Scaloppine al Prosecco – Veal sautéed with speck, asparagus, mushrooms and Prosecco; served with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.
