Join us for dinner March 6 – 26 and enjoy a menu that highlights the authentic food of Emilia-Romagna! Taste dishes such as Trenette alla Riminese (spinach and egg pasta strands tossed with shrimp, scallops, crab, tomatoes, shallots and wild arugula).
Passaporto holders who dine from the Festa Regionale menu will receive Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno (egg noodles and egg with spinach noodles imported exclusively from Emilia-Romagna for Il Fornaio) with a signature recipe from Executive Chef Maurizio Mazzon.
