Join us for dinner February 6th – 26th and enjoy a special menu crafted by Chef Emilio Barajas and Executive Chef Maurizio Mazzon to highlight the decadent food of Umbria. Central to any menu from the region is the black truffle, or tartufo nero, which is featured in our Salmone Tartufato (salmon fillet sautéed with artichokes and topped with black truffles).


Dine with us to enjoy Cuore di Raviolo con Rancetto (heart-shaped butternut squash ravioli filled with free-range chicken, carrots, celery and herbs served in a crispy pancetta sauce with tomato coulis and Grana Padano).

Passaporto holders who dine from the Festa Regionale menu will receive a bottle of Peperoncino Infused Olive Oil as a token of our thanks.
