The menu includes a Blood Orange Salad paired with the “Siesta” (Anejo tequila with Campari, lime and grapefruit juice); Pan Roasted Duck Breast with Figs served with the “Ruirita” (blanco tequila with Cynar, lime and rhubarb bitter); and Seared Ahi Tuna paired with the “Cherry Smash” (blanco tequila with orange and lime juice, club soda and cherries).
