Inside in the restaurant’s kitchen, Franz showed his students how to create a variety of authentic Italian pizzas and calzones from scratch.

Equipped with aprons, roller pins, and the freshest seasonal ingredients, students learned step-by-step how to prepare the dough and the sauce and how to pair toppings for that perfect pizza.

  1. I attended the initial session in May and have got to admit that it was a wonderful experience. I want to thank Chef Franz from the core of my heart as it was his unique style and talent which taught me a lot. I am not a good cook at all and have no experience of Italian dishes. I love Chinese food as well but cannot cook it. The chef gave us a lot of tips during the class on how to ensure that our food is delicious. He possesses exemplary knowledge about food, ingredients and the balance which has to be maintained while preparing dishes. The most important think he taught me was that one cannot be afraid to experiment. I am not scared of falling once in a while trying something new. I recommend his class to everyone who can make it there. Thanks Chef.
